What this site does with your numbers
Nothing. Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your loan balance, interest rate, lump sum and fee never leave your device, are never transmitted to a server, and are never stored by us. There is no account, no login, and no analytics that reads your inputs.
Local storage
To make the tool convenient, the calculator saves your most recent inputs to your browser's local storage (the small per-site storage every browser provides). This happens on your device only, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data or using a private window removes it. You can ignore it entirely; the calculator works the same either way.
URL sharing
If you use the Share button, the calculator builds a link that encodes your inputs in the URL. That link is only shared if you send it to someone. We do not log or store shared links.
What a hosting provider may see
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) that processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and the page you requested, to deliver the site. We do not combine that technical data with calculator inputs, which the site never sees.
